Customer Data remains the property of the submitting user or organization.

Platform Rights

You grant TracPro a limited license to host, store, process, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information:

• Does not violate laws or third-party rights
• Does not contain malicious or harmful content

 TracPro implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect platform data and system integrity.

• Cloud-based infrastructure protections

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The TracPro platform, website, and all related content including:

• software 
• workflows
• dashboards
• graphics
• documentation
• trademarks

are owned by TracPro Technologies, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for authorized business purposes.

Users may not:

• copy or distribute the platform
• modify or reverse engineer the software
• use TracPro trademarks without permission

TracPro strives to maintain reliable platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• infrastructure upgrades

• events beyond our control

Total liability arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the fees paid to TracPro during the previous 12 months.

TracPro may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
